Q: Does the BioScan hurt?
No. Unlike other bioenergetic testing devices, the BioScan System is an FDA Cleared, non-invasive, and pain-free method to gather important data from your body.
Q: Can anyone get a BioScan screening?
No. The BioScanSRT System is not to be used on pregnant women or on any person with any electrical device implanted in the body. Call me if you have an implanted device. Call me before booking an appointment for anyone under the age of 6.
Q: How often do I need to come and how long is the appointment?
Appointments are based on each individual. Typically, a follow up appointment is scheduled 30 days after the initial appointment, to assess how you feel and how your body is changing.
Exceptions are made for acute circumstances, as well as those that travel long distances.
Your initial appointment will be 1.5 to 2 hours long. Follow up appointments are 1 hour long.
Q: Do I need to bring anything to my appointment?
Please bring a list of prescription medications and any supplements that you are taking.
Bringing a support person with you can be a great option as well!
Q: Do I need to do anything before my appointment?
Take all of your normal medications.
Do not put any lotion or oils on your hands and feet.
Drink lots of water that day before your appointment and the day of your appointment.
Q: Will the BioScan tell me if I have an infection or disease?
It is important to know that the BioScan does not diagnose, treat or cure any disease. Your specific concerns and symptoms will be discussed in detail during your appointment.
Q: What is the goal of the initial appointment?
Since you are the main collaborator on your health needs, your goal is specific to you. You will always leave with the knowledge of how your body is functioning and options of how to improve your health. Specific recommendations and supplements will be discussed based on your individual needs.
Q: Why do you use supplements?
A clean and nutritious meal plan should be a priority for everyone! But, let's face it. There are many lifestyle factors that can make healthy meal options difficult or just plain inaccessible. We also don’t always digest, absorb, utilize and excrete the waste products of the vital macronutrients, vitamins, and minerals that we need to function well. Sometimes, we need a
little help.
Q: Will I be prescribed medications?
No medications will be prescribed. Only professional supplements are used due to their high standards of quality and purity. The supplements that are carried, are only able to be supplied by certified and licensed practitioners.
I will never push you to take the supplements that I carry in my office. My goal is to empower you to make changes in your environment and lifestyle, so you are not reliant on supplements.
